Mike Merry was a gentleman. I never felt rushed or pressured. He listened to what I wanted and found the vehicle that met my needs. All the other sales people in the dealership that day were very cordial to me and others as well. I had visited other dealerships in the area and it was the standard "she's a woman and won't know anything". At Bob Rohrman I was treated as a customer who knew what she wanted, was never pressured or felt like I was being treated diffferently because I am a woman. THANK YOU! Plus it was important to me to purchase a car that was made in the US and Ford was the only manufacturer that didn't run to our government to bail themselves out. That spoke to me of Ford's commitment to build a great product and keep America moving forward. So far. I am really happy with my Escape.

Service

They never called me when they say they would or to tell me what was going on with my car. They call to tell me I can pick up my car and when I get there my car ends up not being done (this happened 3 times). They broke a piece under my hood and fixed it with electrical tape. And this time no one would return my phone calls not even Bob Rohrman. I also feel that they don't really completed the multi point inspection as my tire treads were documented to all read the same tread when 2 tires are 5 months old and the others about 2 years. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Brian and the dealership was a perfect experience. The same can not be said for this survey. 25 words is too much, and why does it have to make me type in everything twice. My advice ? Get some web developers to fix this. I will write to Ford to tell them of the frustration with your survey. Yuck !!

My experience at this dealership was excellent. Paul was very helpful in insuring I received all necessary information I was looking for in great detail. If he was not sure about something, he always made sure to double check with the correct department to provide me an accurate answer. Not only was Paul an excellent sales man, he was extremely hospitable and made me feel very welcomed. I will absolutely be coming back to Bob Rohrman's dealership to work with Paul again.

My visits to Bob Rohrman Ford to view some used and new Ford Edges was one of the most excellant times I have encountered during my 40 some years of buying autos. During my first visit to this dealer I met Mr. Ron Keller, sales assosicate, and right from the start I felt that we had established a friendship. He was very knowledgeable about their stock of cars and very helpful in answering any questions I asked. After several visits I purchased a Ford Edge and was introduced to Mr. Chase Rohrman, manager, who made it a point to see that all of my needs had been satisfied during my purchase. I will highly recommend this dealer and all the staff to my family and friends.
